  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods or public holidays.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details.

 

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY

  • All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express.

  • Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Please note: Austides™ guarantees dispatch, not delivery. Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses outside of our control.

 

DISCREET PACKAGING

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents or nature of the items enclosed. Your privacy is important to us and is taken seriously at every step.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Flat Rate: $14.95 AUD via Australia Post Express.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $200.00 AUD.

 

Return & Refund Policy

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products and regulatory compliance requirements:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please review your order carefully prior to checkout.

  • No returns will be accepted once an order has been dispatched.

 

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect item(s):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@austides.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. If you need to cancel prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
